 XIII.   Closed Session- The Pender County Board of Education will recess to Closed Session, subject to advise from the attorney, pursuant to N.C. General Statute 143-318.11(a)(1), (a)(3), and (a)(6), to consider matters related to the employment of individuals, to prevent the disclosure of confidential personnel information under G.S. 115C-319 and 321, and to prevent the disclosure of confidential student records under G.S. 115C-402 and 20 USC 1232g, and to consult with the Board’s Attorney in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege.
