Penderlea students recently enjoyed a visit from the author of "Attack of the Chicken Nugget Man: A North Carolina EOG Adventure."  Kumar Sathy visited all of the third grade classrooms and answered questions about the book. All third graders received a copy of the book prior to his visit.  Sathy wrote about the visit to Penderlea School on his website.
