Twenty seven JROTC cadets from Heide Trask, Pender, and Topsail High schools were among 168 cadets from across North Carolina to attend Junior Cadet Leadership Camp at Oak Ridge Military Academy. The Cadets received awards, special recognitions, and certificates of completion.
